When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered. The right of withdrawal thus only applies to the package collected.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
✘ Due to health or hygiene reasons some products are sealed and IF the sealing is broken/opened the product are not available to return. 

✘ Custom-made product, which has been tailor-made especially for you or has a clear personal touch to your wishes.

✘ Cosmetic products, hair extensions, or wigs are not returned for health and hygiene reasons, unless we have sent the wrong product.
